BARBOSCO is a street-view restaurant-bar located in GUM, the legendary Moscow Department store. It combines gastronomy and an impressive cocktail and wine list, created by the bar manager, Nikita Khlopyanov. The special pride of the bar is its spectacular view of the Red Square.
This is a perfect place with atmosphere for fun and entertainment. Every week, invited brand ambassadors prepare signature cocktails at a special price, and on weekends there are roaring parties to the music of metropolitan DJs.
Creating drinks, Alexander focuses on the locality of ingredients, interesting combinations and unforgettable textures. The priority is the use of fresh products and various techniques for their transformation.
An establishment can only thrive if it is ran by the firm hand of its manager. We are fortunate that hand belongs to Ellina. She has opened and realized successful restaurant concepts for more than 10 years.
